Maxon support team responded. The problem was caused by the firewall. one of Adobe URLs was blocked and causing login failure.
I've Unblocked it and then problem solved.What is URLs and where I can find it? I have the same problem

If it is not the web address of a specific site, then please check with tech-support.
(URL = A URL (Uniform Resource Locator) is a web address that provides a unique, specific location for a particular resource on the internet.)I do not have a list with Adobe URL's, and as the mentioned in the thread you quoted, I can only repeat this:

As I do not keep track of what Adobe does in this area, and if they change I would provide wrong data here.All the best
