    Hello Dr.Sassi!

I'm modelling with booleans but the materialBooleanMaterial.c4d give render errors with the result. How can I fix the textures? See scene enclosed Thanks

      Hi Capprim,

      Thanks for the file.

The light source is surely the best way to solve those problems.

But it should work, of course. The problem Boole creates is the Normals, and the result is based on N-Gon, which is resolved during render-time.

My suggestion is to add a Bevel, which is a good idea anyway, to create a more pleasing result. Which enables a btter Phong "production" for that surface.
You might switch back to UV for the Material, I had set it to Cube, just as a suggestion.

      Is this working for you?
