Hi, is it possible to have character controllers always display on top of geometry so that they are always accessible?

      Hi Nye,
Typically the settings are in the
      Character Object> Attribute Manager> Display> Visible.

I have to guess here, as I believe you know the setting mentioned above: Sometimes the character's body is larger, then you need to scale the controller accordingly.
Make sure to scale so that the scale parameter stays at 1; 1; 1.

      All the best!

Thank you, of course I know how to set the scale and visibility for an object, but is there no way to have the controllers display in front/on top of all other geometry?
There are many situations where a character's pose will obscure the controller no matter what size it is. It would be nice to be able to see it without having to switch into wireframe or x-ray mode.

          Thanks for the reply, Nye.

I'm not aware of an option like that.

Perhaps a Visual Selector setup will work here. Since that sounds like an extra click initially, it is often faster as you can specify what tool you like to use.

          Please suggest this to Maxon.

Thank you, I was hoping to get away without setting up something like that but I guess I should just stop being so lazy!

              You're welcome, Nye.

I will write a request, but please share your idea as well.
So it has more chances to get up to the top to-do list.

              Cheers
