      Hi to all,

just start to use Geo Modifier and I like it. It gives some 3dsmax/Blender modifiers logic. But I can't Weld modifier to weld vertices. Is there some other procedure or there is not such feature yet? It would be nice to have it.

Sorry, I found it. It is "Optimize"

I ran into another obstacle. In the hierarchy, I have a Cloner and Optimize and Thicken modifiers. The Optimize modifier does not merge vertices.

            Hi wing-bend,

Thanks for the image, but images typically don't provide a lot of information. A C4D file does provide more data, and can be attached here up to 1MB directly. (Sorry about the long instruction…) If larger, for security reasons, please upload uncompressed to either WeTransfer, Google, Dropbox, Apple, or Adobe cloud services. The URL is fully pasted here, no HTML wrapper.

Here is what I was imagining from your image:

I have unchecked the End-Cap in the Thicken to showcase the change in a better way. Deactivate the Connect Object to see the effect. It is perhaps the closest to my understand what you are looking for.

Let me know how that works.

            All the best
