Hey everyone. I have a match moved head animation. I added some hair and other objects to the head using a surface deformer so that it sticks to the head animation. When I render an object position pass it treats the head, hair and other objects as different objects. What I want is an object position pass that treats all the objects as one. I put everything under a connect generator and it now treats everything as one object, but the objection position pass now works like a world position. Presumably because the local coordinates are lost under a connect object.

Is there any way to combine objects together while preserving the animation? I can't figure this out for the life of me. Thanks!

      Patrick

May I ask why? If you have a simplified example scene please share and let me know what you're trying to do with the "position pass"
