Toon Rig

Hey i have a problem with toon rig "THE FACE"
when i finish the rig and enter on Face_CTRLs so i can animate the user data i have many of slider not doing any thing only things work is "zip - Blink " no thing else move any thing in the character

and when i test the toon rig provided in content library all the sliders work  so idont know where is the problem
