C4D 2023 Asset Browser Issue

For some reason, my asset browser is only displaying the cloud download icon, for ALL of the listed assets.
a) That doesn't seem correct.
b) Even if I click "download selected" or "load" - nothing happens. It just tells me there was a problem, and to try again.

Can someone please advise?

P.S. Also want to add, that I'm not even seeing preview images, for ANY of the assets.

I opened the Maxon One app, and was prompted to update Redshift (3.5.15) - which is odd, because I would have sworn I was already running that.
But in any event, that seemed to solve the asset browser issue! All of the thumbnail images are now there, and I was able to drag a model into a scene.
