I only get vector information that has an appearance like a fill or stroke. But C4D corrupts the information. I don't want fill or stroke information. How do i import the old fashion way with illustrator 9 files? it doesn't seem to work anymore.

      Thanks for your help!

P.S. I can't upload screenshots because the dimensions are too big and I can't upload AI files.

        Hi raise-trade,

The version you need to use is Illustrator 8. Nine already had more information in it.

Any newer file might be opened in the Newer options: Vector Import; if you have that and no Illustrator 8 file, then you can click on that green icon and press the c key. Open the hierarchy, and you will find all "Splines" in it that were used to build the shapes.

        I checked it in 2024.0

        Cheers
