      Hello C4d Brethren,

I'm wondering if there is a way for me to key bind the show/hide safe frame option found within the viewport settings?

Same question with HUD viewing options?

      Much love,
      Chum

        Hi Chum,

I have never used it (animated Safe Frames) in any production, so please test this carefully.

I have set up a UserData slider and then used the XPression>Set Driver/Set Driven (Absolute)

Did I even understand your request correctly?

        Cheers

Thank you, Doc, though I may not have been clear. I'm looking for something a bit different. I would like to bind the 'enable' box to my keyboard, so I can swiftly turn safe frames on/off without going into the viewport settings.

            Thanks for clearing this, Chum.

            Go to:

            Main Menu> Window> Customize> Command Manager

            Search for Safe Frame

Either drag the command into a menu (Save the layout after that to keep it there) or set up a shortcut.

            All the best

              How silly of me...

99% of my problems are between my keyboard and my chair.

It sounds like this solved it, Chum; thanks for the feedback, and the patience.

                Enjoy
