I just run into an annoying issue. I can't acces the handles of the move, rotate and scale axis tool as it should. When moving my mouse sometimes I am onto it sometimes not.
I just copied the whole project to a new empty document. For about 10 minutes it is running as it should and then the problem is back.

I changed to R2023 again to keep working on my project.

      Hi Dutchbird,

If you have a second computer, are these files behaving the same on each?
Is it the same with a mouse or tablet?

That needs the attention of the tech-support.
Since it shows up after a while, that is typically not something I can reproduce, perhaps based on something they have gotten before.

Fingers crossed, it can be fixed quickly.

      My best wishes

        Hi Dr.Sassi,
Mouse or tablet doesn't make a difference.
        I think it's a R2024 issue since R2023 doesn't have the issue.
It's not the first time I run into problems with R2024 and I believe more users with me.

          I found it.
When a RS Camera is selected the problem shows up. Deselecting the camera and the section problem is gone.
Just updated to the latest Redshift but the problem is still there but only when a RS Camera is selected. Adding a new RS Camera gives the same problem.

            Thank you very much, Dutchbird.

This is a great find. The tech support can work with that much better, and I hope it is fixed ASAP.

            My best wishes.

I've got an email from tech support today.
"Unfortunately, this problem has been reported already and confirmed beeing a bug in combination with the Redshift camera object. I hope our developer can find a fix for this issue soon."

Thanks for contacting tech support, Dutchbird.

It is often unclear what triggers a bug to show up when a question is asked here, as I can't reproduce only a certain number of problems here based on my little variety of hardware/OS combinations. (I'm not supposed to give tech support here anyway; BTW, this needs to be split for various reasons.)

Besides that problem being annoying, it is good that they could pinpoint that your problem falls into an already known category.

I have asked many times to re-introduce the RS Camera tag for the standard camera, and then we would have a workaround, perhaps right now.

Thanks for your efforts and patience

                My best wishes
