    Hi all,

    I've had this issue for a while where if I select a polygon mesh it auto switches from object mode to point mode. Is there a way to disable this automatic behavior?

      Hi TimLitos,

      Is this random, or only when working with the Pen Tool?

      What version do you use?

      When this happens, can you take a screenshot of the complete interface?

      Cheers

        @Dr-Sassi Hello again!
        It seems to be random and I don't use the the Pen tool much. It typically occurs when I'm working with objects in Model mode. Then when I select a different object it switches to point mode suddenly.
        I'm using 2024.2.0 (Build 2024_2_db1a05477b8f_1095604919) Win
        Attached is a screenshot.

          Hi TimLitos,

          Images need to be 500 pixels high (max). Sorry about that.

          Perhaps check with support: https://www.maxon.net/en/support-center

          I have no answer right now nor enough data to trigger any idea. Way back in time, there was a Tweak function/option that allowed for something similar, but that is now only available in PenTool.

          All the best
