Is it possible to set the default material projection to Cubic in stead of UVW Mapping and the Projection Display to Grid in stead of Simple when dropping materials to a polygon or primitive?

@Dr-Sassi Thanks. I did it by hand, the old way.
Just opened the two versions side by side.Only one thing doesn't work out. My old shortcuts don't load.
I copied them from the R2025 prefs folder but aren't visible in R2026. -

My standard import settings change randomly from Redshift to Standard/Physical.

@Dr-Sassi I adjusted the light intensity of the area light in the file in my first post. That’s all.

@Dr-Sassi Found a solution. I set the intensity to 1 instead of 18. That did the job.

I would like to use a mesh as area light so I have more control over volume light etc. -
Gradient Light with Field
I have a wave of Area light which I want to animate.
I used it on a cloner with a Formula Field.
It looks great in the viewport but when I render the animation I don't see what I wanted to achieve.

RE: Animated texture loop
I tried a water bump texture loop and it renders great exept the viewport render that doesn't show the animated texture.
