@Dr-Sassi Hello, I found the solution by chance. The c4d file and fbx file you provided had the same error as the first time, but the problem was resolved by converting the fbx file to glb and inserting it into the site. My workflow was to create an animation in c4d, export it to fbx, and then insert it into the spline 3D tool. I don't know exactly why this was resolved. The fbx you provided seemed to be fine in blender and other 3D tools. Thanks for your help.

RE: Error exporting characters to fbx
@Dr-Sassi
https://www.cineversity.com/forums/viewthread/5590/ When I used the file provided as an example in this link and added it to the site, I confirmed that it worked well. I think the difference with my file is that I didn't use the mixamo bone. Can't this workflow be done with the character bones I created? Please understand that the sentences are not smooth as we used a translator. -
RE: Error exporting characters to fbx
I tried to get a quick response right away, but unfortunately it doesn't work. This is the same problem I experienced. It seems that fbx exported from cinema 4d is not recognized. OML -
Error exporting characters to fbx
hello. I searched for all the fbx export errors posted on the forum, but couldn't resolve them, so I'm asking a question. After exporting this file from c4d to fbx and opening fbx in c4d again, it appears to work normally, but when opening it with another viewer (https://imagetostl.com/view-fbx-online), an incorrect phenomenon occurs where the limbs are separated. I want this animation to fall into fbx safely. Please let me know a solution for this. Please help. I have attached the file. aaaaaa.c4d
