Can I create an interactive 360 product spin with cinema4d?
I can off course create and render a 360 product spin (image sequence).
But I would like to offer an interactive 360 product spin using the mouse online on a webpage.
I would expect that this should be easily offered within cinema4d. Or do I need any third party solution ?
I searched the internet and in this community but couldn't find any clues.
Am I really the first to ask? Or am I using the wrong terminology.
Can somebody help me out?

RE: How to auto switch off IPR when switching to another project
Hi Dr. Sassi, It is not really a problem. It is more of a question. I think I didn't explain well what I meant. The IPR itself is OK. It is the active render from the IPR that I meant. Suppose I work in project 1 and have the IPR rendering active and then want to switch to project 2. Then the IPR render will also remain active in project 2. And that can be annoying if you're in a hurry. Does this clear up things? Is this explanation clearer?

How to auto switch off IPR when switching to another project
Hi, I set up a layout where the Redshift IPR is next to the viewport. I work with large projects. Most of the time I have several projects opened. When I switch from project 1 to project 2, I often forget that IPR in project 1 is still on. So switching to project 2 takes a long time because IPR is then also on in project 2. I was wondering if there is a way to auto switch off the Redshift IPR when switching projects.

RE: How to creat an explode view animation of an object (machine)
Never mind Dr. Sassi. Next time I will start a new thread.

zip does not work. Second try. Material (png) won't upload. Please us this link.

Thank you Dr. Sassi. find attached a sample scene. [Sample_Environment.zip](Invalid file type. Allowed types are: .png, .jpg, .bmp, .txt, .c4d, .jpeg)

Hi Dr. Sassi, I was in fact trying to add an example file but could not find a way to do that. Where is the button to add attachments?

Hi Dr. Sassi, Thx for the feedback. I was trying to add this question to the earlier thread we had about explode views in the Q&A in the first place, but the thread was close.

How to get an infinite floor and a sportlight that is also reflecting in the floor with C4D+redshift?
![Hi,
Sounds easy when you read the thread-title.
For my animation work, I use infinite floors. That way, I am not limited in camera movements.
My environment contains a floor (disc) and a Dome light.
In the Dome light I set a HDR as texture and enable the back-plate. With the back-plate image, I define the background color.
I add an RS Object tag to the floor and enable the matte shadow ("receive shadows from matte" enabled).
And I enable the general Matte in the same tag and set the reflection scale to 1."
The floor itself is in fact invisible. But with the tag, I get shadows.
I then create floor material and replace the "RS Standard"node with a matte shadow caster and enabled "Background is environment. I did this in order to get reflections too.
Works perfect.
But now I would like to highlight the object with a spot light. I add a spotlight above the object. The object gets highlighted, but I don't see the light spot on the floor. In fact, that makes sense because the floor itself is not visible. That is why I need to work with tags and shadow casters to get shadows and reflections on an infinite environment. My question is, how do I get the spot on the floor?
The picture shows the object, floating above the floor. Everything is fine except that I don't see any Spot. Can someone help me with this? -
RE: How to creat an explode view animation of an object (machine)
One more thing, Dr. Sassi: With your Expresso tool you can hide elements depending on a certain diameter. Is it possible to add another or adjust the existing parameter? The number of points and the number of polygons would give a much better result. Just asking.

RE: How to creat an explode view animation of an object (machine)
That's what I now did, indeed. Fracture object did the job. But you have actually limited options to tweak each individual object. Of course, you can tweak endlessly with all the possibilities of mograph, but it takes a lot of time and fine-tuning. I would prefer special explode view parameters. Your Expresso tool is a very good start and helped a lot to get rid of the very tiny elements like bolts and nuts.

RE: How to remove small objects below a certain size automatically
Wow Dr. Sassi! Thank you for your support. I will test this one as I have a project where this would be very useful. The reason why I need this is actually because I want to create an explode view animation of a machine. Unfortunately, with all the mograph and effectors my PC (not the smallest one) can't handle this. That is why I was wondering if there is a way to decrease the amount of small sized objects in my model. While trying, I noticed that there is no easy way to setup an explode view animation in C4D. In Blender and even in Solidworks there are easy ways to create this. Why not in C4D? So I also created a feature request for this. I think lots of artists out there would like to use this effect. Hope this helps. Greetings

How to remove small objects below a certain size automatically
I have a machine containing a lot of objects, ranging from large to very small in size. I need to clean the file by removing all objects below a certain size or volume. Like bolts and nuts. Can someone please tell me how to select those objects automatically instead of me sifting through these manually?
The machine is already textured. So I cannot just re-import and use the import settings for this. That's why I need to adjust the existing object that is already imported. -
How to creat an explode view animation of an object (machine)
It is strange, but I cannot find any good tutorial on the internet that explains the way of creating an explode view animation of a product, like a machine. Especially if the object contains of a lot of parts (bolt, nuts, etc.). What would be the best workflow of creating such an animation?
