Maxon App "Login failed" issue

Hi
As today morning my Maxon app suddenly logged me out and I can not Run C4D.
And after I checked my.maxon.net I've realized that my license has been released and is not assigned to any PC.
But I can not logging to Maxon app and it keep giving me "Login failed. try again" error.
What shoud I do?I\ve checked firewall and disabled it and also disabled anti-virus and ... but no chance at all.
Maxon app stuck on log-in page and nothing more.Intersting part is Maxon app stuck on this message : Sign in OK, waiting for maxon app

Yes I have installed latest Maxon app 2024.5.0 from maxon.net and tried to uninstall and reinstalling it. But I've been stuck on "SIGN IN OK. waiting for maxon app" for almost three days. -

This needs to be explored.

Maxon support team responded. The problem was caused by the firewall. one of Adobe URLs was blocked and causing login failure.
I've Unblocked it and then problem solved. -

Would you share in public which URL specifically is cleared in your firewall?
Perhaps check with support and mention that the problem was solved between the 14th and 17th of July this year.

Anyway, perhaps open a ticket with your problem; when I read that many Adobe URLs are in question, perhaps your case is different.Sorry that I do not have any better data.
