Persistent Issues with Team Render Client after Update to 2024 Version

We are using Cinema 4D 2024.4.0 and Vray 6.20.2 render engine. Everything ran smoothly with the Team Render Client 2023 version. However, ever since the update, we are experiencing constant disruptions, sometimes occurring as frequently as hourly, requiring continuous supervision. This is not a sustainable situation.
It's worth noting that the freezing problems with the Team Render Client are entirely project-independent. We've encountered freezes even on projects that previously ran smoothly without any issues.
Has anyone has the same issue?

I'm sorry you're having trouble. I agree; this is not sustainable, and no one would expect you to endure this.
I can't do much here but ensure that all render clients are on the same version number. (I assume that is not new to you, but I have to suggest it just in case)
The V-Ray System requirements seem not to be the problem.

@Dr-Sassi thank you, I've submitted a few ticket , also contacted with V-Ray Support, they really interested in some cooperation about this V-Ray issue, because they've tried to replicate the freeze issue but without success. So it looks like a Maxon matter. I really hope that some reply arriving soon, because it's been a week and the freezes, and crashes continued and thats embarrassing.
I'll try to find some other ways to contact Maxon beside the Support Ticket system.

Thanks for bringing that issue to tech support. I can see a lot of motion around your case. From there, all the necessary actions will be taken.
I would be surprised if the Chaos Group has no peers inside Maxon. That would be rather unusual for a developer.
If you have a problem, ask anyone at Chaos to share their preferred contact options and add this to your tech-support ticket.
Fingers crossed, that can be fixed quickly.
