[FAQ] Videos aren't Working Correctly

There can be many different reasons why a video isn't working correctly. Here are a few common ones!

All videos don't appear to be working
This is a common issue with certain adblock extensions. We recommend trying to disable the adblocker for Cineversity first to see if it is an adblock problem.
Sometimes an overly strict firewall can cause this issue as well. You will need to enable embeds to be be viewed.

Video is no longer available error
This is a problem on our side. Please post below the url of the tutorial page that gives you this message.

Video is restricted
This can be the adblocker issue above. Please try that first, and if you are still receiving this error, please post the tutorial url below, along with which browser you're using.

Video player isn't appearing at all
This can be the adblocker issue above. Please try that first, and if you are still receiving this error, please post the tutorial url below, along with which browser you're using.
