Blender animation to Cinema4d
-
I have an animated character in blender and would like to export the file to use in cinema4d but I am strugling with the export and import options.
Exporting to Alembic gives me a clean animation with no keyframes and textures.
Exporting to FBX gives me a clean keyframed animation, clean textures but the limbs and arrms are deformed.
Tried every AI chatbox but no good answers. -
Export as FBX, zip it and send me a link so I can see how the "limbs and arms are deformed"... maybe I have a solution

@noseman Thanks a lot. You made my day.

@Dutchbird
...and actually I TOTALLY over-engineered the solution.
It appears the only thing you need to do after opening the FBX is select the Weight Tag and click on "Set Bind Pose"... no selections, double clicks or anything else required...

@noseman Even better. Thanks a lot.
