Texture on Volume in RS

I believe with some Noise in the Volume (Multiplied, see Lionel, link below, some depth can be made visible. I need more time to test)
As far as I can tell, the answer is yes and no. I have placed both in the file. No, if you would like to use the Volume-Fog directly. I haven't found a setting that I would like. In contrast, if you export the Volume as a VDB and reimport it as RS Volume, the answer is yes. That works with a single file or a sequence.

I'm happy to look deeper if you have more specific questions for the project. Perhaps try the SSS options as well. I believe the idea of volume fog is not easy, if at all.

P.S.: I was experimenting with this, and an additional surface inside the "cloud" with that texture/video on it will perhaps support the effect to get a better "scattering".
That surface could be a scaled-down object used to produce the Cloud. It needs to be set to Cast nor receive a shadow and eventually transparent to a certain degree. -

I was looking more closely at your file, and I'm confused about a couple of things
1/Your scatter coefficient is really high, why is that?
2/Why a .29 Absorption coefficient?Also, for some reason,whey I bring in a jpg to project from the spotlight, I get a red output.

The Absorption Coefficient is low, so the light has a chance to get deeper. Set it to 1 or higher to see the effect. The value of 0.29 is not specific; I use a different one in the example below. I have no way to specify that precisely. I use my experience here with video projection to fog.
In the late '80s, I designed and built a discotheque in an old S-Train station in Berlin. Notorious was the name. What makes me talk about it is simple. I had the idea to get a video projection through fog on the golden dance floor while dry ice was a foot tall on the floor. I started that project by nagging SONY Berlin to come over for a test on one of these large projectors and SD animations I had created on my Commodore 64. At least it placed me in the larger newspaper in Germany with that idea. (Sorry about the bragging). SONY brought some tapes, which were much better than my animations. We explored the video projection from the 30-foot ceiling down to the floor. It was wonderful.However, I do not get that effect with the Volume Shader. The Dry-Ice fog I used had a lot of water in it, as I had used it for a long time in my light show, so I was familiar with directing it. Chemical fog was a no-go inside a room; there was no permission for this. So, the intensity and spread it takes is beautiful, but the effect is not as I have it in my memory with this setup. Hence, my suggestion above is to look into this and composite the different results later in Ae or Nuke. As well as to have a plane inside that holds the image/video for some extra effect.
The light stays red as the Physical Light is, so far I can tell, an infinite light source in any direction. Below is a set of how I would do it. Please note that the Volume Fog setting is deliberately low! Experiment with direct settings. Perhaps even split the Cloud into layers to be able to dry the light a little bit more.

Do you have any pictures of your projection on Dry Ice? That is exactly the kind of thing I'm working on, and the purpose of this C4d project is to do a sort of previz of it.

I have searched a little, but the video projection is, as before, a rare use with Dry Ice.This is a nice text about it.

Dry Ice It needs to be isolated from Air, not put in a freezer. Handled NOT FOR A SECOND with bare hands, the injuries are like fire burns, instantly.I used a metal box with three heating elements from an old washing machine for my stage light show. (The light artist from the group "Grobschnitt" had helped me with that.) When the water was hot, I had an assistant on the stage, pouring chunks of it slowly into the water from an isolated bag. Then, it flows and stays on the ground.
I will do more tests and hope to find a nice mixture in Cinema 4D and Redshift 3D, but no promises. There must be a way, but I'm unclear about it.
However, the Bloom option is very supportive here, as it creates that that extra light (yes, on the outsidee) what one would expect on the inside.Have a great weekend.

Image projection to a cloud is something I haven't explored deeply, so I hope I make progress here.

Secondly, the Random Field needs some exploration of the Scale and the Noise version; both will dramatically change the outcome.I have animated the camera, so the preview is faster (front vs. Side)
I have also tried a Spot Light. Look at how the appearance changes between frame 0 and frame 22 alone. I think that comes much closer.
