Hi chapter-potato,

First of all, please DO NOT use the site-issue for Q&A question. Please clear your access here on the Site issue forum. Thank you. I will move this to the Q&A forum.

I can see that you have either N-ons or triangles for the caps.

This is the first thing I would change. See example. Is that always the best setting (Phong tag, Spline Interpolation, etc.)? No, it depends.

The spline Mask is tricky; if the set-up was done quickly, you need to check every frame. A problem can also arise if the two splines are not 100.00% on the same "plane." There are many guesses, some of which could be avoided with a file.

Typically, I would need a file; images tell me too little and often show a symptom only.

You need to ask your render-farm provider if they have the current version installed. In addition to my suggestion not to use N-Gons during render time, the Phong options have changed. If the render farm runs an older version, that can be a reason—just a wise guess.

Please check the options for the Phong tag here
https://help.maxon.net/c4d/2024/en-us/Default.htm#html/TPHONG-ID_TAGPROPERTIES.html#PHONGTAG_STYLE
… and for the caps, the Tessellation here:
https://help.maxon.net/c4d/2024/en-us/Default.htm#html/OMOGRAPH_TEXT-ID_CAPSANDBEVELS.html?Highlight=caps

Perhaps use the file below for some text about the render farm. Perhaps their support does this for you if they like to deliver quality and things like your file results in something you surely shouldn't endure.
