Hi,
I have a Rube machine which I'm using dynamics to animate. On one section the ball gets stuck in a rail. The rail has a collider tag and is set to Convex Hulls. Setting the Geometry Accuracy to 10 on the rail will still get the ball stuck as the Rigid Body shape isn't leaving enough room for the ball to travel past. Setting the rail to Triangle Mesh doesn't work either as the ball just falls through the rail.
Any suggestions?

This worked much better. In the end I used the splines from a Sub-D version of the mesh the geo sat much better against the bottle. Thanks.

Ok, thanks for that, I'll take a look. Originally I had tried to wrap Text Geo onto the bottle via Spline Wrap deformer but I couldn't get all letters to sit flush with the bottle.

I'm not able to get a consistent sweep along this spline as sections of it appear twisted. I've tried a rail spline but that didn't help either.

Low Poly clone driving high poly for simulationposted in Question & Answers
I saw a technique some time ago where you could use low poly objects in a cloner that were in a simulation (in this case, just dropping into a box) but the high poly version would be actually rendered. The low poly version was just used to speed up the simulation.
I've Googled around but came up short. Can you show me please ?)
