Thanks for your patience with this appointment-insect.

The limitation with compression is set here, as it is public, and I can control any compressed content constantly if the content is swapped out and replaced with something harmful. I try to keep it safe for everyone here, and the sad thing is, of course, it takes time for anyone who just wants to create.
How the tech support handles it is not for me to publish it.

      My best wishes

        Hi appointment-insect,

        Just a little feedback:
IT told me that the screen capture is very helpful.

I will update with more as I get new information.

When will this issue be resolved? Clearly there is a link break on Maxon's server side. I'm trying to find rope and rigid body tutorials and there's not much on youtube. I believe there are some good tutorials on Cineversity. I used to be able to access Cineversity without issue but now, nothing will load.

Hey CSpill, I am the one who reported it. I am in the southeast USA. Please pass on as much of your situation to the support staff at Maxon. Perhaps if they discover others who have reported the issue, they can narrow it down. I have been getting help, but it still hasn’t worked completely.
I did find a work-around. If I use the Firefox web browser, the site loads fine. I have many theories, and have shared them with support, so hopefully they will be able to figure it out.
Try Firefox, it may work in the meantime.

              Hi Appointment-insect!
Thank you so incredibly much for reaching out and letting me know about Firefox! It indeed works using Firefox. I had tried on Edge and Chrome and didn't work on either browser. I am located in Atlanta. This is all very strange but I so appreciate your help!

I am in Atlanta as well and having the same issues. Chrome is my primary browser, and I have tried edge as well but same 500 error. Any idea on the progress of addressing this issue? Thank you

Appointment-insect said that Firefox works and it appears to do the trick.

@cspill13 Thank you. Not the ideal solution but okay. Hopefully, they will address the issue on the other apps.

I just checked with IT, no news. Sorry for the trouble.

One of the challenges from support was that they only had my support ticket on this subject. While I tested on countless systems/networks, they could not reproduce the problem. When I sent several videos of me asking completely random people to try on their network, I think they had a starting point. I say this so affected users will actually open a support ticket and let them know as much as possible about browser/ISP, etc. I know IT can be tough, so perhaps this will help.

Thanks for your effort, appointment insect,

The more data, the better. A note to your ISP might be good as well, besides knowing that the cache was cleared and if that changed anything. While some data share so far disagrees with the usefulness of clearing chae in this case)

Using Firefox and getting different results might indicate that the problem is perhaps more local than expected. I'm far from being an IT specialist, so I share only what I get from others.

                          All the best

Same issue here in Birminham, Alabama. I can't access Cineversity from my office or home. I submitted a customer support ticket and followed their suggestions: Deleted Cached files and history (Chrome), tried using Microsoft Edge, tried using my Mobile, to no avail. I installed Firefox and the issue was resolved. I hope this helps to narrow down the culprit.

Yes, this is the exact issue I have. However, may have narrowed it down to a smaller .js file and that file not having their MIME-Type set. All of the other scripts have a proper MIME, but this one does not:
I see errors in 3 .js files:
                                      CyjJQS-n.js
DcQYf4Dz.js (MIME TYPE is not listed under Chrome/Safari. But in Firefox it is shown as Text/javascript)
                                      B_4WZ4t6.js

This is exactly the error I see here in SC.
