Particles can fade out by setting up an age-based gradient for the Alpha channel used inside the material.

Let me try again: The MoGraph Tracer does not have any idea about time, more precisely, age. Without this information, fading is not possible.

The workaround initially shown can't produce the same color on a single spline. So I created a new material, with a different color that is supplied to every single one in the same way.

So, you say that X-Particle has an option for Splines to fade out based on age?

Perhaps your graphic card allows for a different Noise reduction,. This would be the only idea I have left. I tested all other options. Noise reduction is applied (AFAIK) after the Rendering: Render Settings> Redshift> Sampling> Denoising.

Let me know if the Denoise set to off helps. It is just a wild guess.

Is the cord that covers the soap moving at all? Either way, I would suggest splitting this into two parts. (One part sits around the soap and the other one works like a handle.)

Images have very little information. What animation/simulation do you like to do? Is it practical to do it as a simulation, or perhaps it would be better to do it manually? This would be the first question to explore.

Please share a file (c4d, <1MB or if larger as Dropbox, Apple, Adobe, Google, or Wetransfer service, no shortened URLs, no other cloud services, etc. Security reasons.) Thank you.

Drag the lib4d file to the Asset Browser.
An alert will come; click OK.
When double-click on the icon of the new file in the Asset Browser, another alert will come up: Do you want to convert it? Yes.
Then, look for the Convert Folder in the Asset Browser.

It should work if the file in the lib4d file is compatible and has all the needed parts.

Please only one theme per thread. Please find below two links with additional information.

The Cinema 4D crash reports are in the "_bugreports" folder.
Go to Main Menu> Edit> Preferences, then the left lower button: Open Preference Folder.

Since you got no "Send Report" alert during re-opening, it is most likely that there is not anything from the last report.

Depending on your OS, files might be outside Cinema 4D, which is also outside my scope.

If you don't like to update to 2025 right now, use at least the latest 2024.5.1.

This looks like an interesting project. My interest in those projections and panoramas is surely motivated by one of my Professors back at the Univerity of the Arts, Berlin, to get my MFA. Since I had studied Architecture before, as he had, we had long conversations. I learned a lot from him. In this way, I'm always happy to pay forward.
